The systems we work with
Rely on us for the cover systems, scaffolding, hoists and propping you need to hit your construction deadlines. Tap any system to see it in use on real jobs.
Layher Allround Scaffolding
Layher Allround is the backbone of most of our work — a modular system scaffold that adapts to almost any structure, from straightforward facade access to complex geometry on heritage and infrastructure jobs. Its speed of assembly and load capacity make it well suited to commercial high-rise, civil works and large residential builds.

Keder Roof & Keder Roof XL
Keder Roof and Keder Roof XL provide fully weatherproof temporary roofing and encapsulation, keeping your project and workforce dry and productive through Auckland's weather. We've used it for large-scale remedial encapsulation — including around 2,500 sqm across five buildings at St Lukes Gardens — and on heritage work such as the Old Stone Store in Kerikeri.

Allround Propping
Allround propping supports floors, beams and structures during construction, refurbishment or remedial work. Paired with slim soldiers it can hold a load while work proceeds beneath — for example supporting a car park slab or carrying a floor beam during column replacement, as on The International Apartments.

Allround Heavy Duty Propping
When the loads are too great for standard propping, our heavy-duty Allround propping carries major structural weight safely — used for significant structural support tasks such as temporarily carrying a floor beam during a building column replacement.

Layher FlexBeam
FlexBeam is a lightweight aluminium beam used to span openings, hang scaffolds and bridge gaps where ground support isn't possible — such as creating a hanging bridge scaffold over a live or inaccessible area.
Allround Bridging System
The Allround bridging system lets us span over obstacles, live access routes and building sites without placing support on the ground below — keeping the area beneath usable while scaffolding continues above, as on the Fletcher House site.

Mobile Scaffolding
For tasks needing quick, repositionable access, we supply Layher mobile towers and custom-built rolling towers — including wide platforms and tall builds well above standard tower heights — that move with the work rather than being fixed in place.

Stair Access
Safe, compliant temporary stair access integrated into the scaffold, giving crews and other trades a proper staircase rather than ladders — important for productivity and safety on busy or tall sites.

Rubbish Chutes
GEDA rubbish chutes give clean, controlled removal of debris from height straight into a skip, keeping the site tidy and reducing the hazards of moving waste down through a building.
Shrink Wrap
Where full encapsulation isn't needed, shrink wrap provides targeted weather protection for smaller or uniquely shaped areas — we supply the supporting structure and the wrap, as used at Phoenix Gardens.
