Allround Bridging System

The Allround Bridging System provides versatile public access and heavy-duty support solutions. It is possible to connect suspended scaffolding structures, creating bridge spans up to 30m long. This makes the system ideal for high-span and heavy-load applications, such as pedestrian footbridges and girder support systems for building façade scaffolding or temporary roofing.

North Shore Scaffolding was called upon to provide external access to Fletchers Head Office while the construction of the new lobby and ground floor offices were underway.

Using the Allround Bridging system we were able to span 22 meters between scaffolding legs, and then build 30m of scaffold above it to allow for new glazing and a curtain wall to be installed.

Other uses of the Allround Bridging System are temporary footbridges. At 30m long and 2m wide, the bridge is able to span roads, rail, and rivers. The bridge can be adapted for construction use or for the general public.

The bridge is typically built on the ground and craned into position.
