TRAINING

At North Shore Scaffolding we pride ourselves on the development and training of our team. We see every stage of your development as an opportunity to learn. Those that take up the challenge to grow will be encouraged to become ticketed scaffolders.

Training may include:

  • Scaffolding apprenticeships
  • On-the-job-training
  • In-house courses (eg. basing out, using a gin wheel, rope knots, etc.)
  • Drivers licence
  • Working at heights

  • Health & Safety rep
  • Hoists installation and maintenance

VARIETY


North Shore Scaffolding works in many different industries.  These include:

  • Civil (eg. CRL, roading, stormwater, bridge maintenance, etc.)
  • Commercial (eg. high rise apartments, industrial buildings, etc.)
  • Residential (subdivisions, new builds, terraced housing developments, etc.)

This allows our scaffolders to gain experience across all types of scaffolding, making us as a company more rounded and able to provide a variety of experiences for our scaffolders.
