North Shore Scaffolding was involved in this project from inception in early May 2017. It involved the new-build of two apartment blocks, one being a 13-story high apartment block and the other being a smaller, 4-story apartment block with retail units on the ground floor.
Originally, North Shore Scaffolding was only contracted to provide handrails on each floor and a few stair access towers. However, as the project progressed and the requirements of the client and sub-contractors changed, so did our scope of works. North Shore Scaffolding’s ability to react quickly to the needs of the client, whilst still carrying out detailed planning and completing the work in a safe manner, led to our client entrusting us with the increased scope of works.
