We were involved in Union & Co from its inception in May 2017 — a new build of two apartment blocks, one 13 storeys and one four storeys with ground-floor retail. What began as a handrail-and-stair-access contract grew steadily as the client came to rely on us.
Originally we were contracted only to provide handrails on each floor and a few stair-access towers. As the project progressed and the needs of the client and sub-contractors changed, so did our scope. Our ability to react quickly — while still planning in detail and working safely — led the client to entrust us with that wider scope of work.
